How to create ticket on OS Ticket for new user.
- Go to the link https://ticket.rosepharmacy.com/
- Click “Open Incident Report Ticket”
Before creating a ticket, you need to create user login. - Click Create an account
- Fill out the following information.
a. For email address it should be your SSD or Rose Pharmacy email. (If store, use store email)
b. Password requires, numbers, symbols and capital letter. (ex. Password@123)
c. Always remember your password. - Once creation of user done, you will receive an email notification for confirmation.
- Sign in your registered account.
- Select a help topic regarding the issue you will raise.
- Fill out Issue Summary (Subject of your Issue).
- For the body, please use our template in sending an issue.

- Steps done: (steps you did before the issue happened, include buttons clicked etc.)

- Anydesk : - Click “Create Ticket” to submit your issue and generate ticket number.
A ticket is generated and you will see the ticket number on the subject. Also, an email notification is sent.
To see the status of your ticket status, click My Ticket and you will see all your created tickets.
Or click the link indicated on the email sent.
- Input your email address and ticket number.
